WELLEY MARINE
Marine Plywood is produced from durable veneers with minimal defects that are specifically manufactured according to quality standards for marine applications. Its construction allows the plywood to endure in prolonged exposure to moist conditions as well as being resistant to delamination and fungal growth.
WELLEY COMMERCIAL
Commercial plywood, also known as MR (moisture proof) plywood, is a moisture resistant plywood consisting of plies of wood veneer glued together. Its structural strength depends on the amount of plies adhered together. It is most commonly used indoors in interior homebuilding and furnitures.
WELLEY FLEXI
Flexible plywood, also known as flexi ply, consists of layers of thin ply that can be easily bent to create curved shapes. It provides design flexibility without chipping, cracking or peeling, allowing a variety of creations. It is ideal for use in furniture, commercial and domestic structures.
Raw Material
We only use average density of 500kg/m3 PEFC- Controlled Malaysia hardwood Log for our quality products.
Structural Design
After sanding ,the comparison of the thickness of veneer and long grain core veneer must achieve at least 40%
Glue Bond
The Plywood must be able to endure 72 hours Boiling Test, under 100°C of hot water, without delamination
Management System
We willingly sacrifices its production output to ensure the highest quality of plywood

Welley Timber manufactures marine plywood in compliance with British Standard 1088 (BS1088) and is Q-Mark certified by Exova BM TRADA, assuring the best marine grade plywood made available to our customers. We put much detailed attention into the procurement and construction process to offer marine plywood with excellent strength, veneer quality and performance that can withstand even the most rigorous of applications.
